Interactive Vector Map Design

Budget: $30 - $250

I need a web-ready, fully responsive vector map of West Virginia that matches the clean, modern look and roll-over behaviour you see on the Blue Ridge Beverage homepage (www.blueridgebeverage.com). Their map is only a style reference; you will be drawing West Virginia from scratch, not re-using or modifying their asset.

Key things I am after: each county must highlight on hover, display a short tooltip, and link to a URL I can swap out later. I also need branded custom markers for our warehouse and key accounts, plus any small UX touches you feel would improve usability. Search or filter ideas are welcome if they add value and keep load time light.

This is for an established business and I would like to place the final SVG/JS package on our existing site as soon as possible, so please build with lightweight, standards-based code—plain SVG + vanilla JS is ideal, though I am open to another library if it keeps the file size low and is easy for my team to edit.
