Senior UI/UX Designer for E-Commerce

I need a seasoned UI/UX professional to take full ownership of the experience design for a new consumer-facing ecommerce platform. You will shape every touchpoint—research, information architecture, interaction flows, high-fidelity visuals, and the living design system that ties it all together—so the end product feels effortless on both desktop and mobile.

The role demands deep UX thinking backed by a portfolio of complex, real-world projects that clearly explain your process, the decisions you made, and the measurable impact you delivered. Daily work happens in Figma, but fluency in Adobe XD or Sketch is welcome, and a working grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript will help you collaborate smoothly with our front-end team.

What will tell me the job is done? • A complete set of user journeys and wireframes covering browse, cart, checkout, and post-purchase flows • Pixel-perfect UI mock-ups that translate those journeys into an engaging, accessible interface • A reusable component library and documentation that developers can plug straight into code • A concise summary of usability test results and the improvements they drove

You will work remotely, presenting progress to stakeholders as we iterate. Strong communication and the ability to justify your design choices are essential because you’ll be steering the conversation on what “great” looks like for our general-consumer audience.
