Part-Time VA: Creating Business Plans & Presentations

Budget: $30 - $250

I manage small projects and need a reliable fast responding part-time virtual assistant who can turn information into clear business plans and professional presentations using Canva. Most of your time will go into three areas that matter most to me:

• Creating informational business plans from notes I provide • Deg professional presentations in Canva—layout, images, and flow must look boardroom ready • Leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to speed up research, build outlines, and suggest visuals or copy. • We will send you back your finished presentations and tell you the mistakes or what to add in there.

To keep each plan and presentation 100% correct you’ll search online for current data, industry stats, and royalty-free photos, adding that information with whatever documents I send over. Fast, clear communication is important when I leave a message I need a response so we do not waste time.

Acceptance criteria

• Business plans
• Canva presentations: 10–15 concise slides per brief, our-brand colors and fonts, free clear images, and speaker notes.
• Turnaround: Presentation must be created in a few days; same-day replies to my messages during agreed hours.
