3D Illustration Animation for Gaming

Budget: $10 - $30
I have a finished illustration that now needs to come alive in 3D for a small entertainment-focused game scene. The brief is straightforward: turn the existing character art and its companion objects into fully animated 3D assets ready to drop into a real-time engine.
Style • 3D animation—clean, stylised and game-friendly rather than hyper-real. • I already like the proportions and colours in the illustration; please match them closely when modelling and texturing.
Scope • Model, rig and animate one main character plus two game objects. • Core motion: an idle loop, a short walk/run cycle and one signature action that fits the character’s personality (I’ll share reference). • Export in a format Unity or Unreal reads easily (.fbx with baked animation, textures in PNG or TGA).
What I will supply • The original layered illustration (PSD), front and side sketches, and a short mood board video for timing. • Poly-count and texture budget guidelines once we agree on the style.
Acceptance The assets should import without errors, respect the poly / texture limits, and play smoothly in-engine at 60 fps.
