Azure Subscription Reset & Migration

Budget: $30 - $250

I need to tidy up my Microsoft Azure billing by canceling my current Pay-As-You-Go subscription, standing up a brand-new Pay-As-You-Go subscription, and shifting every resource and dataset over so nothing is lost in the process.

Scope • Cancel the existing Pay-As-You-Go subscription cleanly, making sure no lingering charges or orphaned resources remain. • Spin up the fresh Pay-As-You-Go subscription • Document each step so I can reference the exact actions taken and replicate them later if needed.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Old subscription shows a confirmed “Canceled” status in the Azure Portal.
2. New subscription is active, billable, and contains every resource previously hosted, all functioning as before.
3. Service interruptions, if any, are communicated in advance and kept under the agreed maintenance window.
4. A concise handover note (Markdown or Word) details the migration commands, portal clicks, and any scripts used.
5. if i need to create a refund to get past creating a new subscription and billing please let me know.
