Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500

I have a set of MS-fabricated villa rooms that now need a striking, modern exterior treatment rendered in 3D. The goal is to produce visuals that immediately communicate clean lines and a contemporary aesthetic while celebrating three focal points I care about most: generous windows and glass elements, distinctive architectural detailing, and impactful lighting that brings the structure to life both day and night.

I will share the room layouts and elevation sketches as soon as we start. From there, you can work in the software you’re most comfortable with— SketchUp,, V-Ray or similar—as long as the outcome is photo-realistic and ready to showcase to stakeholders.

Deliverables • 4–6 high-resolution still renders (day & night angles) • An editable 3D model file (.skp,.max,.fbx, or equivalent) • A short fly-around animation (15–30 sec) to demonstrate the lighting concept • Source files for lighting and material setups so I can tweak them later if needed

Acceptance criteria The finished visuals must reflect a modern style, clearly highlight the window expanses, glass façades, crisp architectural details, and demonstrate how the lighting strategy enhances all of the above after sunset.
