QuickBooks Project Expense Entry

Budget: $15 - $25/hr

I need help keeping my small remodeling company’s books organized inside QuickBooks Online. Each month I want every transaction assigned to its project and accurately tagged as Labor costs, Material costs, Subcontractor expenses, or Revenue so I can see real-time profitability at a glance.

What you’ll do • Pull bank and credit-card feeds, match or create the transactions, and apply the correct project tag. • Classify each line item into the four cost or income buckets above. • Reconcile the accounts so the balances tie out at month-end.

Access to QuickBooks Online and the current chart of accounts will be provided. Consistency and attention to detail are key; I rely on these reports to decide where to spend and which projects to prioritize.
