I manufacture high-performance base station antennas and currently ship only within the United Kingdom. The product line is proven, pricing is competitive, and the factory is ready for larger volumes; what I now need is a clear path to new markets.
My immediate focus is on France, Canada, Australia, the USA, Spain and Germany. If you have experience launching RF or telecom hardware in any of these regions—whether through direct B2B sales, setting up distributors, or securing integration partners—I’d like you to map out and begin executing a go-to-market plan.
Here’s what I expect as concrete deliverables: • A brief market-entry strategy for each target country, highlighting certification requirements, primary sales channels, and key potential buyers or distributors. • A prioritized contact list with verified decision makers and introductory outreach completed. • Weekly progress updates summarizing conversations, next steps, and any support you need from our engineering or pricing teams. • First purchase orders or signed distribution agreements (success metrics will be finalised together at project kickoff).
Working knowledge of RF regulations, base station deployment trends, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce will help you move quickly. If you already maintain relationships in mobile network, wireless ISP, or telecom infrastructure circles, please mention it when you reply.
