My architectural plans for a newly built custom home are finalised, so it is time to translate them into a fully realised interior. I’m committed to a clean, modern aesthetic carried by neutral tones—think warm whites, soft greys and natural textures that will age gracefully.

You will receive the full set of floorplans and elevations as soon as we start, and I’m happy to walk you through room dimensions and any structural details that may influence your concepts. From you, I need a complete interior design package that I can hand straight to my builder and suppliers.

Deliverables • Mood-board and style direction to confirm the look and feel • Scaled furniture and lighting layout for each space • Key finishes schedule (paint codes, flooring, cabinetry, hardware, stone, fixtures) • Two to three high-quality 3D visualisations per main area to illustrate volumes, materials and lighting • A concise shopping/specification list—with local or online sources—so procurement is straightforward

I welcome practical suggestions on sustainable or cost-effective materials, but the overriding brief is modern elegance with a neutral palette. Plenty of communication and responsiveness during revisions is important, as construction timelines are already in motion.
