Minimalist Concrete Home Interior Design

Deadline: 2026-04-04

Description

Budget: $250 - $750

I have a newly built concrete residence and I want every interior space—living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, you name it—to reflect a clean, minimalist aesthetic in calm neutral tones. The architecture already exposes raw concrete surfaces; your task XXXX XXXX balance that cool texture with warm, understated furnishings, clever lighting plans, and subtle accents so the whole house feels cohesive and inviting, never stark.

What I expect from you: • Mood or concept boards that capture the overall direction • Scaled furniture and lighting layouts for each room • 3D renderings or high-quality visualizations that let me “walk through” the design before implementation • A concise materials and finishes schedule specifying paint colours, fixtures, fabrics, and décor items (all within the neutral palette) • If possible, a shopping or specification list that is realistic for sourcing in my region And a finally but most importantly, drawings that can be used by the electrical engineer to create the schemas.

I work best with clear phases and feedback loops, so outline how you like to collaborate—whether that’s milestone presentations, revisions on each room, or another structure that ensures no surprises at installation.

AutoCAD for the drawings as the final deliverables are easy for my contractor and I to read.

Please share a shortlist of comparable minimalist interiors you’ve designed—especially projects where concrete played a prominent role—along with a brief note on your design process. I’m ready to start right away and keen to see how you can turn this solid shell into an effortlessly stylish home.

I am attaching some drawings for the exterior layout of the house.
