I’m refreshing three key spaces in my home and want a cohesive, unmistakably modern feel throughout the living room, bedroom and kitchen. The design has to balance relaxation, easy entertaining and a small work-from-home corner, so every furniture choice and finish needs to pull double duty without compromising style.

You’ll begin by translating my inspirations into a clear design direction, then refine it into actionable plans I can hand straight to suppliers and trades.

Deliverables • Mood board and colour palette that ties the three rooms together • Scaled floor plans with furniture layouts (PDF + editable source) • 3D renderings or high-quality visualisations showing key angles of each room • Itemised shopping list with links, quantities and current pricing • Lighting, material and finish schedules suitable for contractors

I’m happy with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit or similar—use whichever is fastest for you as long as I receive the original files alongside PDFs/JPEGs. Accuracy on measurements is essential; my contractor will work directly from your drawings, so dimensions must be build-ready.
