In my transport office, incoming calls revolve around customers who simply need clear, friendly answers about routes, timings, pricing, and general service details. I want a female caller who can pick up the phone, listen patiently, and respond in her own words—there is no rigid script to follow.

Your core responsibility is customer support, specifically answering inquiries. No selling, no upselling, and no complaint desks—just straightforward information sharing that leaves each caller confident we’ve met their needs.

A typical shift involves: • Greeting each caller warmly and confirming their question. • Checking our internal schedule or rate sheet (I’ll provide online access) and relaying the information accurately. • Logging the inquiry in a simple Google Sheet with name, phone number, topic, and outcome so we can track patterns.

Strong spoken English and, ideally, a clear local language accent matter because clarity on the phone is vital. Internet-based calling tools such as WhatsApp Business or Zoiper will be set up for you; if you already handle VoIP headsets or similar soft-phone apps, you’ll settle in quickly.

I’ll start with a brief orientation on our services and give you a concise FAQ document. After that, you can personalize conversations as you see fit, provided details remain accurate. Daily call logs are the only mandatory deliverable, and I review them every evening to spot repeat questions we might handle better.
