Complete Zoho One Implementation

Budget: ₹37500 - ₹75000

I have a fresh Zoho One licence and want everything ready for day-to-day use without having to learn every menu first. The scope centres on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Projects—each must be configured and fully connected so data flows seamlessly across the suite.

What I need you to do • Zoho CRM

• customise key modules, fields and page layouts, set up pipeline stages, email integration and basic automation rules. • Zoho Books
• configure company settings, taxes, chart of accounts and invoicing templates, then sync contacts and deals from CRM. • Zoho Projects
• create project templates, task XXXX XXXX time-tracking so project billing links back to Books. • Zoho One console
• unify roles, permissions and single sign-on for the above apps, ensuring all modules talk to each other as intended.

Acceptance criteria • All three apps share a single contact database. • An accepted quote in CRM automatically creates an invoice draft in Books. • A project generated from a closed-won deal inherits the client details and pushes billable hours back to Books. • I can the admin and as a standard user and see the correct permissions in each app.
