Pilates Studio 3D Walkthrough

Budget: £250 - £750

I’m putting together a new commercial Pilates studio and need a fully realised 3-dimensional floor plan along with an engaging virtual walkthrough that helps investors and instructors visualise the space before build-out. The studio’s layout is straightforward, yet the atmosphere has to feel calm, bright and welcoming.

Key areas to feature • Reception area with retail display and check-in counter • Two open workout rooms that show reformer and mat zones • Changing rooms (men’s and women’s) with lockers and showers • Small café corner for post-class smoothies and coffee

Here’s what I’m looking for: • A clean, to-scale 3D floor plan that shows furniture, equipment and traffic flow. • A smooth, cinematic walkthrough (60–90 seconds) in MP4 that glides through each highlighted zone. • Still render exports (at least 4K) for marketing decks. • Source files from your preferred software (SketchUp + Lumion, Revit + Enscape, or similar) so my architect can make tweaks later.

Lighting realism and material accuracy matter because the final palette is soft woods, white walls and muted greens. If you can add subtle ambient audio to the video, even better, though not essential.
