We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist / Travel Sales Partner who can not only promote our international travel packages but also actively engage with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.

This is a performance-based, commission role with high earning potential for someone who is proactive, sales-driven, and passionate about travel.

Tour Destinations Include: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia (Bali), Sri Lanka, Maldives, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Bhutan, Nepal, India, Dubai (UAE), Jordan, Egypt, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand.

Our Travel Services: • Corporate & MICE Tours (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) • Fully customised itineraries based on client preferences • Multi-country ASEAN travel packages

Key Responsibilities: • Promote travel packages through social media, online communities, digital platforms, and offline channels • Leverage word-of-mouth marketing, personal networks, referrals, and community engagement to generate interest and leads • Conduct phone outreach, WhatsApp communication, and direct messaging to connect with potential clients • Participate in or organize events, exhibitions, meetups, and travel showcases to promote offerings • Create or share engaging travel content to attract targeted audiences • Generate leads through digital campaigns, referrals, networking, and on-ground marketing activities • Actively follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email • Engage potential clients, understand their travel needs, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings • Build strong relationships with travelers, provide personalized recommendations, and close sales

Ideal Candidate: • Experience in digital marketing, travel sales, or online lead generation • Comfortable messaging, calling, and following up with potential clients • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Passion for travel and helping clients plan memorable trips
