Remote NHS Transformation Manager

Deadline: 2026-04-03

Description

Budget: £36+/hr

I am leading a large-scale transformation programme within the NHS and need a dedicated, full-time project manager to keep every moving part on track. The work is 100 % remote but you will be collaborating daily with senior clinicians, executives and operational teams across the UK, so flawless written and spoken English is essential.

Your day will revolve around ClickUp: building and refining workspaces, maintaining Gantt views, chasing dependencies and making sure every action has a clear owner and deadline. Robust stakeholder management is the single most critical skill you will rely on—success depends on guiding busy healthcare leaders through change while anticipating concerns before they surface.

Communication happens through three main channels: • Video conferencing for steering-group meetings and workshops • Instant messaging for quick decision loops and status checks

Expect to shape project scopes, sequence workstreams, monitor risk, and prepare concise reports that translate complex data into clear next steps for our leadership board. A graduate-level background in business, health management or a related field will help you grasp clinical priorities and organisational constraints quickly.

If you are confident working end-to-end—scoping, planning, executing, and closing projects—while operating independently in a fast-moving NHS environment, I look forward to integrating you into the team.

You will work on the project full-time from Tuesday 26th May for 3 months.
