I have a PDF that is larger than it needs to be, so I’d like its resolution lowered to bring the file size down while keeping all graphics and charts looking crisp. Text and photographs can take a modest quality hit if necessary, but vector-style diagrams, data plots, and similar visuals must remain sharp and legible.

You may use Adobe Acrobat Pro, Ghostscript, PDF Optimiser, or any other reliable tool you prefer. If you think a specific DPI setting would strike the right balance, let me know your recommendation before you run the batch so we avoid extra revisions.
