Vehicle Counting & Classification -- 2

Deadline: 2026-04-01

Description

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I have 15 security-camera videos recorded at a petrol pump, each running for roughly 10 hours (about 150 hours of footage in total). For every vehicle that appears, I need two key pieces of information captured:

• the half-hour time-slot in which it arrived (e.g., 09:00–09:30, 09:30–10:00, etc.)

Within each 30-minute bin, please provide a count of vehicles in the following hierarchy:

Broad classes

  • 2 Wheeler
  • 3 Wheeler
  • 4 Wheeler
  • Truck — Bus — Tractor — other special vehicles

Detailed 4-wheeler breakdown (as requested via the form) SUV, Sedan, Hatchback, Pickup Truck, Van

Heavy & special-vehicle breakdown Truck, Bus, Tractor, JCB, or any other special vehicle you observe

The final deliverable is a clean Excel workbook where each row represents a half-hour slot and each column holds: • count of each sub-category listed above • average dwell time (in minutes) for that sub-category during the slot

Please make sure the spreadsheet is easy to audit: include an “Observations” sheet with any assumptions or anomalies you notice (e.g., obstructed camera view, simultaneous arrivals, etc.). Accuracy matters more than speed, so feel free to use manual tallying, computer-vision tools, or a hybrid approach—whatever gives reliable results.

I will supply download links to the videos once we start. Let me know if anything about the format or required metrics is unclear.
