I’m looking for a Kodi skin developer to create a white-labeled, branded skin for Kodi 21 Omega (Android TV focus). Start with a lightweight base like Aeon Nox: SiLVO (active fork, supports dark themes) or Arctic Zephyr, nothing bloated.

• Full dark mode (black/gray base, high contrast). • Neon accents: glowing blue/pink/green/purple highlights on buttons, menus, text borders (hex codes I’ll provide). • Custom branded textures: subtle overlays, icons, backgrounds (supply PNGs or describekeep file size low). • Hardcoded splash screen: logo + loading animation (PNG + XML trigger on startup). • Clean, modern UI: minimal clutter, fast navigation for VOD/live TV. • Deliver as installable.zip addon (no core Kodi fork needed just skin files).
