Cross-Platform Productivity App Development

Budget: $250 - $750

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a native productivity app for both Android and iOS.

Key features include:

• Document sharing capabilities
• Syncing with a host server
• User authentication via username/email and password

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience in developing native mobile applications for both Android and iOS
• Strong background in server synchronization and document sharing functionalities
• Expertise in implementing secure user authentication methods

Please provide examples of similar work and a timeline for project completion.

The hosted solution is already up and running, hosted in a data centre and not on local premises. Host IP is static. I require the hosted solution to run on a mobile device in native mode, (IOS and Android), store information locally if the device is offline and until online, all captured info will be synced to the host, if online, all info is saved to the host.

The hosted server runs on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) no M$. The MySQL DB and tables will be shared with the individual once the project is awarded. There'll be approximately 500+ devices/users authenticating and syncing their info.

The app must be available on Appstore and Playstore. I don't have accounts there. Automatic syncing when device comes back online. Basically the app is a form that must be completed and a picture is taken of the receipt. The metadata and picture must be uploaded to the host.
