We are building Connect Me UAE, a -first vehicle contact platform that allows people to contact a car owner by scanning a QR code without revealing phone numbers.

This system includes:

QR-based interaction (no app required for scanner) Mobile app for car owners Backend system handling secure communication (calls, WhatsApp, messages)

The goal is to deliver a fast, secure, and production-ready MVP.

Core Features

QR Scan Experience (No App Required) Shows: Car plate number 3 options: Anonymous call WhatsApp message Leave note + photo No, no signup Anonymous Communication System Masked calling (via Twilio or similar) WhatsApp messaging integration (WhatsApp Business API) Message + photo upload system

Strict model:

No phone number sharing between users Mobile App (iOS + Android) Built using React Native (preferred)

Recommended stack:

Responsibilities:

Handle QR routing Encrypt phone numbers (AES-256) Handle call/message routing Rate limiting & abuse prevention Push notification system Secure API (JWT-based auth) Admin / System Logic Tag registration & validation Activity logging (scans, calls, messages) Error handling (invalid QR, disabled owner, etc.) Daily backups & monitoring
