Commercial Space Matterport Scan

Budget: $250 - $750

I need a Matterport-qualified technician to create a polished 3D tour of a small commercial property—under 5,000 sq ft—that will be used in our marketing and sales materials. You’ll handle the entire on-site capture with your own Matterport Pro3 kit, set up proper scan spacing, label rooms appropriately, and complete the cloud upload the same day.

Once processing is finished, I’m expecting:

• A public Matterport showcase link plus an unbranded MLS-safe version • Downloadable 3D floor plan (auto-generated from the model) • Up to ten high-resolution stills or 360° snapshots suitable for online listings and print flyers

Turnaround from shoot to final links should be no longer than 48 hours. Please share at least two recent commercial marketing tours you’ve produced so I can gauge image quality and navigation flow. I’ll supply access details and any specific branding requirements after selection.
