U.S Market Expansion - Sales Role

Budget: €12 - €18/hr

We are launching a new project focused on the U.S. market and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, take real responsibility, and be part of something with huge potential. This is not just a sales role, we’re looking for someone with ambition, drive, and a builder mindset.

The role evolves in two key phases:

1st Sales phase

Business development and client acquisition Lead management and opportunity follow-up Presenting proposals and closing deals Active participation in the commercial strategy

2nd Planning & execution phase

Coordination and planning of an international project Managing schedules, timelines, and operations Direct communication with clients Supporting execution and ensuring everything runs smoothly

4th Requirements

Fluent Spanish Native English Previous experience in sales or commercial roles Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, Excel, etc.) Availability to travel occasionally
