Commercial Experience Centre Electrical Layout

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I’m fitting out a new commercial Interior Experience Centre and I need a complete set of electrical drawings that I can hand straight to contractors and local authorities. The architectural floor plan is ready; what’s missing is a well-thought-through power and lighting scheme for the Studio.

Scope of work You will translate the floor plan into coordinated AutoCAD (or Revit, if you prefer) drawings showing every outlet, circuit, switchboard, cable tray and conduit run. Although I haven’t pinned us to any single code, I still expect the layout to reflect sound engineering practice and be compliant with whatever local regulations the installer must satisfy.

Deliverables • Dimensioned electrical layout plans (DWG + PDF) • Single-line diagram and load schedule with demand calculations • Lighting circuit plan with control points called out for the display gallery • Brief design note explaining assumptions, cable sizing and diversity factors
