Residential ETABS Seismic Analysis

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I have complete architectural drawings for a new residential building and now need an ETABS specialist to turn those plans into a fully-checked structural model. Your job is to build the ETABS file, run the gravity and lateral load cases, and deliver both a standard structural analysis and a dedicated seismic analysis that conforms to the relevant code for drift, story shear and member demand-capacity ratios.

I will supply DWGs/PDFs of the floor plans, elevations and sections; you translate them into the ETABS environment, apply all load combinations, and run the analysis. When the model is stable and passing code checks, I need:

• The editable ETABS file with all load cases and combinations • A concise calculation/verification report (PDF) summarising assumptions, governing load cases, drifts, base shears and critical member checks • Any optimisation notes or red-flag items that the architectural team should review
