Commercial AutoCAD Irrigation Design

Budget: $750 - $1500

The construction team needs a complete irrigation layout drawn in AutoCAD for a new multifamily development. I already have up-to-date civil and planting DWGs; you will receive them as the base files to work from. Every landscaped surface—lawns, planting beds, and trees—must be covered.

The design has to combine drip, spray, rotor, and bubbler zones, matching the plant palette and the available pressure on site. Please size mains and laterals, place control valves and quick-couplers, and calculate station flows so the contractor can order the right pump, controller, and materials without further clarification.

Deliverables I need: • Layered DWG (compatible with AutoCAD 2018 or later) showing pipe routing, head placement, valve numbering, sleeves, and controller location • Separate legend and symbol key that matches our office standard (I will send the template) • Zone schedule with GPM, PSI, precipitation rate, and run times

I will review the first draft for coverage and hydraulics, mark up any edits, and expect one revision round before sign-off. If you regularly use tools such as Land F/X or similar add-ons, mention it; otherwise clean, well-structured CAD work is what matters most.

I am a licensed irrigator in Texas, so I can stamp the drawings for permiting. See attached example of the deliverable I will need.
