ANDROID VIRTUAL CAMERA SYSTEM

We are looking for an experienced Android developer to build a root-based virtual camera system that replaces the device’s real camera feed with custom video/images.

The solution must work across all apps (including browsers using WebRTC) and be detected as a real camera feed. It will include a web-based dashboard for remote control, real-time media adjustments (crop, zoom, positioning), and support for multiple devices.

This is a system-level project requiring strong experience with Android internals, camera frameworks, and native development. A detailed specification is attached.
