AI CCTV Attendance & Counting App

Budget: ₹12500 - ₹37500

I’m building a lean, first-release Android app for my food-court CCTV system. The goal is to turn the existing camera feeds into two quick, reliable insights:

• Face-based staff attendance that logs entry and exit times and raises an alert when someone arrives late or a camera shows no activity. • Automatic customer counting with a daily summary so I can see how many guests we served each day and which period hit peak traffic.

A single dashboard must pull everything together—total staff on site, total customers, and the peak time indicator—and load smoothly on both smartphones and tablets. Speed and ease of use are more important than advanced extras at this stage; I want an MVP that just works.

Feel free to leverage lightweight computer-vision libraries such as OpenCV or TensorFlow Lite as long as the final app remains fast on mid-range Android devices and connects cleanly to my current CCTV streams.

Deliverables

• Android APK (plus source code) that pairs with my cameras and runs the AI locally or via a small cloud endpoint
• Simple, responsive dashboard for phones and tablets
• Basic alert system (late entry / no activity) with in-app and push notifications
• One short setup guide so I can deploy future cameras or update the model myself

Acceptance is straightforward: if the dashboard shows accurate daily customer totals, correct staff in-out stamps, and sends the specified alerts within my test period, the job is done.
