DFM & Manufacturing Expert Needed – Stainless Steel and PC Bottle

Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500

Description: We are developing a premium stainless steel (SS304) mix with PC bottle product and are facing challenges in manufacturing feasibility. We already have the 3D design completed. We are now looking for an experienced manufacturing expert (not just CAD) to guide us in converting this dea manufacturable product.

Scope (Phase 1

• Consultation) Review existing bottle design (thin wall ~0.6–0.8 mm, ~72 mm dia) Evaluate feasibility of: Deep drawing Tube flattening / press forming Hydroforming Pc injection moulding

Suggest design modifications for manufacturability Recommend tooling approach: die design mandrel usage Provide practical, real-world guidance (not theoretical)

Required Expertise: Sheet metal forming (thin wall stainless steel) Deep drawing / hydroforming / press forming Tube forming / cylindrical products Tooling & die design Pc dies and injection moulding Experience in bottle / flask / cylindrical product manufacturing is highly preferred Understanding of: threading sealing / waterproofing gaskets

❗ IMPORTANT: This is NOT a CAD job. We are specifically looking for someone with real manufacturing / shop-floor experience.

Deliverables (Phase 1): 1–2 consultation calls (60–90 mins each) Written summary of: recommended process design changes risks & limitations

Future Work (if Phase 1 goes well): Manufacturing-ready design modifications Detailed drawings (DFM) Vendor/tooling guidance
