Simple Plastic Enclosure Design -- 3

Budget: $10 - $30

I need a design for a single-screen vent with a plastic enclosure. The assembly needs to include the following:

• Three components: a plastic casing and a stainless steel screen vent ( I may provide the rough design of screen hexagon punching, only punching for sitting on shaft and bending need to design) and top lid to keep enclose screen while installation.
• A mechanism to open and close the screen for maintenance
• Plastic casing dimensions: 10mm (w) x 75mm (h) x 100mm (l)
• Fireproof plastic casing
• Stainless steel screen: 304 or 316
• Plastic casing finish: Matte
• One tooling operation for each: plastic casing, screen bending, top cover plug

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in deg plastic enclosures
• Familiarity with fireproof materials and stainless steel
• Knowledge in determining optimal screen thickness for functionality
