WinCC OA SCADA Expert

Budget: $250 - $750

I’m deploying a fresh WinCC OA environment and need an engineer who can drive the platform from blank slate to production-ready. The assignment covers three intertwined areas:

• System configuration

• laying out the network architecture, deg operator-friendly panels and navigation, and defining a robust alarm philosophy that meets our process safety rules. • Database management
• setting up scheduled backups, implementing reliable recovery procedures, and tuning performance so trend queries remain snappy even under heavy load. • Script development
• writing clean, well-documented CTRL scripts that automate data handling, alarms, and user interactions.

You’ll receive access to our test server and network diagram on day one. I expect weekly progress updates in WinCC OA project files, with a final hand-over that includes: compiled UI panels, commented source code, database maintenance scripts, and a brief run-book describing how to restore the system from backup.
