Compensation After the first month you’ll move onto a fixed ₹17,000 salary, and every closed client triggers additional incentives and performance bonuses—no cap. Results in the first month determine the exact bonus structure you unlock next.

What I expect from you Clear English and Hindi confidence on the phone, and previous success closing B2B deals. If you already know your way around standard dialer and CRM tools, you’ll hit the ground running. Daily call logs and a weekly summary of wins, obstacles, and pipeline status will keep us aligned.
