We are seeking an experienced and result-driven digital marketing professional or agency to manage end-to-end branding, media creation, and lead generation for our B2B Solar Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems business across PAN India. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can take full ownership of our digital presence and consistently generate high-quality B2B leads nationwide. Scope of Work:

  1. Branding & StrategyDevelop and execute a strong PAN India brand positioning. Create a cohesive brand identity (visual + communication style). Identify and target key industries such as solar EPC companies, infrastructure firms, industrial plants, and government contractors.
  2. Media CreationDesign professional creatives including posts, banners, brochures, company profiles, and presentations. Create engaging video content like product demos, installations, explainer videos, and reels. Develop technical and marketing content tailored for decision-makers.
  3. Website Development & OptimizationBuild or revamp a professional, conversion-focused website. Implement SEO for nationwide reach with location and industry targeting. Optimize for speed, UX, and lead capture. Provide ongoing maintenance and performance tracking.
  4. Digital Marketing & PromotionManage LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant B2B platforms. Run targeted campaigns across multiple regions in India. Execute email marketing and outreach campaigns. Improve search rankings, brand authority, and online visibility.
  5. Lead Generation & Funnel SetupGenerate qualified B2B leads across PAN India. Build landing pages and lead funnels. Implement CRM or tracking systems for lead management. Optimize campaigns based on conversion data. Provide weekly/monthly reports with clear KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in solar, electrical, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. Strong portfolio in branding, website development, and lead generation. Expertise in SEO, paid ads, and performance marketing. Ability to understand technical products and communicate effectively.
