Education: Minimum 12th Pass Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
Job Summary: We are looking for a results-focused Performance Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This role focuses on running ads, improving performance, controlling budgets, and generating leads/sales through digital channels. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Content Team, and Designers to ensure ads are well-targeted, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Monitor daily ad performance (spend, clicks, leads, sales, conversions) Optimize campaigns to improve results Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives and copies Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spending Test different creatives, audiences, and formats to improve performance Prepare simple daily/weekly performance reports for management Track leads and sales coming from ads and share insights with the team Ensure ads follow brand guidelines and platform policies
Skills Required: Basic to good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Understanding of ad metrics like clicks, leads, conversions, cost per result, etc. Basic knowledge of targeting, audiences, and campaign structure Analytical thinking and ability to improve performance using data Good coordination and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented approach to budget and campaign management
Preferred Profile: Experience running or assisting in paid ad campaigns Experience working with marketing or content teams is a plus Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, and performance reports Practical, execution-focused, and results-oriented mindset Experience in FMCG / E-commerce / Consumer brand is a plus
Performance Metrics: Leads / sales generated from ads Cost per lead / cost per sale Return on ad spend (ROAS) or overall campaign efficiency Timely optimization and budget control Quality and consistency of reporting
