Android Social Networking App Development

I want to build a dedicated social–networking mobile app for Android. The idea is to give users a clean, engaging space where they can create profiles, connect with friends, share posts, and chat in real time.

Scope of work • Native Android development (Java or Kotlin—your recommendation is welcome). • Core features: sign-up/with email or Google, profile creation, news-feed style posting, image/video uploads, likes & comments, one-to-one messaging, and push notifications. • A lightweight admin panel to moderate content and manage users. • Modern UI that follows current Material Design guidelines.

Deliverables

1. Fully functional Android APK + source code in a Git repository.
2. Simple admin web dashboard (framework of your choice).
3. Brief setup documentation so I can run the project locally and publish it to Google Play.

Acceptance criteria • Smooth registration flow and error handling. • Posts appear instantly in the feed after submission. • No visible crashes or major UI glitches on Android 10+. • Push notifications arrive reliably when a new message or reaction is received.
