Telephone List PDF Redesign

I have a two-page telephone list currently sitting in Excel. I want it transformed into a polished, classic-and-professional PDF that reflects our brand standards. I’ll supply the logo files and the exact color palette as soon as we start; those elements must be integrated cleanly into the layout.

The job is straightforward: lift the data from Excel, arrange it into an easy-to-scan format, apply a tasteful typographic hierarchy, and add subtle graphic touches so the document feels more like a finished corporate directory than a spreadsheet export. Consistent margins, clear section breaks, and balanced white space are important.

Deliverables: • Print-ready, high-resolution PDF (A4) • Editable source file in your preferred design software (InDesign, Illustrator, or Affinity)

Everything should align with the brand colors I’ll provide, use our logo prominently but not overpoweringly, and stay firmly in a classic professional style—no experimental layouts or flashy gradients.
