I’m refreshing our printed collateral and need a clean, professional bi-fold brochure that pairs concise copy with engaging imagery. The piece is strictly informational—no hard-sell, just a clear overview of our offering—so layout balance is key: text blocks should be easy to skim while photos and graphics carry equal visual weight.

I will provide compete outline and structure, brand guidelines etc. need someone to polish it for a premium look and feel.
