Logo Redesign and SVG Conversion

I need a logo adjusted and converted to SVG format. The current logo is in PNG format.

Requirements:

• Change specific colors (I have colors in mind)
• Reshape elements of the logo - change bottom fonts,
• Convert the final design to SVG format for vinyl cutting and png for web / print

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with logo redesign and vector conversion
