I need support across three connected fronts: discovering fresh real-estate prospects, tracking suitable tenders, Builders, PWD Contractor Data.
Here is what I’m aiming for:
• Lead generation: Build and maintain an always-growing list of qualified contacts across commercial, residential and investment segments—anyone I can credibly pitch my product to. I’ll rely on you to dig into public records, industry platforms,, Crunchbase, local registries or whatever other tools you prefer to surface decision-makers with current emails and phones.
• Tender research: Monitor government and private tender portals, shortlist opportunities that align with my offering, and summarise the key submission requirements, deadlines and document sets so I can act fast.
• Sales outreach: Draft short, personalised email or ongoing projects for each target cohort and log replies so I can step in at the right moment. If you already use tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar, even better—just let me know which one and how you plan to structure the workflow.
Success for me looks like a steady pipeline of 150–200 new qualified leads per week, timely alerts 1on every relevant tender, and outreach templates I can deploy immediately. Deliver everything in a shared Google Sheet or CRM export, with source links and a brief note on your research method for transparency.
