Digital Restoration of Technical Diagrams

I have a collection of handwritten technical log pages whose diagrams have faded, suffered smudges, and generally become hard to read over time. My main goal is to make these schematic drawings crystal-clear again so they can be referenced without straining the eyes or losing detail.

Your task XXXX XXXX take each scanned page and digitally restore the diagrams. I only need the diagrams improved; any text on the page can stay as is. The priority is removing the aged paper background and stains so every line stands out cleanly on a neutral backdrop, ready for insertion into future digital documents.

Please work non-destructively so I can request tweaks layer-by-layer if required. Preferred output is high-resolution PNG or TIFF, plus the layered PSD (or equivalent from Krita, Affinity, etc.) for archiving.

Deliverables • One background-free, sharpened diagram file per scanned page
