I need an experienced freelance marketing manager who can take charge of our overall brand presence while giving Instagram top priority. The role spans three key areas:

  1. Brand-centric marketing materials My website copy, company PowerPoint, brochures, and client-facing documents all need a consistent voice and fresh design. You will refine messaging, update layouts, and ensure every asset aligns with our brand guidelines.

  2. Instagram strategy, content, and community Instagram is the core channel. I want a steady stream of short-form videos that showcase our services, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer success stories. You’ll plan the content calendar, produce/coordinate the video edits, write captions, schedule posts, and actively respond to comments and DMs to build an engaged community.

  3. Cross-channel marketing alignment While Instagram takes center stage, the ideas you develop should translate naturally to Facebook, LinkedIn, the website, and email campaigns when relevant so our messaging feels unified wherever prospects see us.

Deliverables • Monthly content calendar with video topics, posting dates, and captions • 8–12 edited Instagram Reels per month (vertical, 15–30 sec, on-brand graphics and music) • Weekly community management report summarizing interactions, growth, and next-step recommendations • Updated website copy deck reflecting refined positioning • Refreshed investor/client PowerPoint (≈15 slides) with cohesive visuals and copy • Brand style sheet covering tone, color palette, fonts, and usage rules

Acceptance criteria • All copy edited for clarity, tone, and correct English • Video specs meet current Instagram quality guidelines and aspect ratios • Weekly response time on Instagram comments/DMs under 24 hours
