Construction Billing Engineer Needed

I need an experienced Billing Engineer who can take full ownership of the billing cycle on my ongoing construction and real-estate sites. The single most critical task XXXX XXXX is accurate quantity estimation; everything else flows from that. You will prepare RA and final bills, verify every measurement against a mix of on-site checks and the software tools you already trust, and keep my BOQs constantly up to date in clean, well-structured digital spreadsheets.

Day to day you will be checking and certifying subcontractor bills, matching material consumption with site progress, and making sure each invoice aligns with contract terms and deadlines. Close coordination with both the site team and accounts department is essential, so responsiveness and clear communication matter as much as your technical accuracy.

Deliverables I expect from you: • Timely RA bills and certified subcontractor bills ready for accounts processing • An always-current, spreadsheet-based BOQ repository that I can audit at any moment • Fortnightly cost and variance snapshots highlighting any risks to budget or cashflow
