Corporate Employee ID Card Template

I’m updating our staff badges and need a polished, corporate-formal ID card template that we can reuse for every new hire. The layout must present the employee’s name, photo, job title, department, our company logo, contact details, and a short terms-and-conditions block without looking cluttered.

I’ll supply the logo, colour palette, and preferred fonts so you can follow our guidelines, yet I’m open to tasteful creative touches that keep the design sharp and professional.
