Modern 22-Page Real Estate Brochure

Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500

I need a complete, print-ready brochure for a new housing project—about 20 to 22 pages long—turned around in the next three to four days. The overall look must be modern and sleek, fully aligned with the brand colours and logo files I’ll supply once we get started.

Content structure is already mapped out, so you can focus on layout, typography, and visual flow. The brochure has to present the development clearly, guiding a potential buyer from big-picture benefits down to specific unit details. At minimum, please weave in the following sections:

• Project overview & key features • Location features with nearby landmarks or connectivity callouts

Final deliverables: a high-resolution, print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed) plus the editable source file—InDesign preferred, but Illustrator or Affinity is fine if that’s your workflow. All images must be licensed for commercial use or created custom.
