Design Bhutan Cultural Tour

I’m putting together an off-beat journey through Bhutan that leans strongly toward cultural experiences and genuine tribal encounters. I want an experienced guide or itinerary planner who can weave daily activities around historic site visits, vibrant local festivals and hands-on traditional crafts workshops.

While culture is the heart of the trip, I do want to break up the days with light adventure, specifically trekking through remote valleys and a safe, scenic rafting run. These segments should feel integrated rather than bolted on, letting me move naturally from monastery courtyards to mountain trails and river gorges within the same narrative of place.

Your job is to propose a full itinerary (dates are flexible) that covers: • Immersive cultural touchpoints in each region we enter • Meaningful time with tribal communities, handled respectfully and sustainably • A balanced mix of moderate treks and one carefully planned rafting experience • Logistical notes on permits, transport, accommodation options and seasonal considerations
