Bilingual Safety Poster Design

I need two companion safety posters—one in English, one in Spanish—for janitors’ closets inside a high-security site managed by Cleansolution at CloudHQ. The goal is crystal-clear operational guidance, not marketing flair, so every element must communicate instantly to English- and Spanish-speaking staff with varying literacy levels.

Core messages The content will center on emergency procedures and broader security reminders called out in my brief. Nothing technical about cleaning chemistry is needed unless it supports those two themes.

Visual requirements • Our company logo must be present but kept discreet so it never distracts from the instruction. • Step-by-step illustrations, icons or pictograms should drive comprehension; concise text simply supports the visuals. • Use strong color contrast and plenty of white space—these posters will hang in tight, often dim janitors’ closets.

Size & format The final print size will be larger than standard Tabloid; I’ll confirm exact dimensions once I review your initial layout. Devector or high-resolution format so scaling is easy.

Deliverables

1. Two print-ready PDFs (English and Spanish) with crop/bleed marks.
2. Layered source files (AI, EPS or InDesign) with outlined fonts and linked images.
3. Thumbnail JPGs for quick internal review.

Acceptance criteria • All emergency and security steps are covered exactly as listed in my design brief. • Icons align with common OSHA/ISO safety symbols. • Spanish copy is native-quality, not machine translated. • When printed at final size, type remains legible at arm’s length.
