Project Overview: We need a 3-minute video where a photorealistic AI avatar (based on a real person) presents our company’s story, mission, and services. The final output must be indistinguishable from a professionally filmed video at first glance.

Specific Requirements: Avatar Creation: We will provide a photo of a specific individual. We require a custom-trained AI model (digital twin) of this person, not a generic library avatar. Quality: The output must be in 4K resolution. The avatar must exhibit realistic micro-expressions, blinking, and natural body language to avoid a "robotic" feel. Content: The avatar must be integrated into a branded scene (either a virtual studio background or a custom-branded template) that includes our logo, lower thirds, and background music. Voice & Language: The avatar must speak in British English using a voice that matches the visual appearance of the person (either via voice cloning or professional voice-over sync). Lipsync Accuracy: Specify that the lip movements must be phonetically accurate to the script (high-quality tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, or Respeecher workflows). Rights: Full commercial ownership right is belongs to us of the final video and the custom avatar model. Sample Approval Process: Before we commit to a full project, we require a test sample consisting of: A static AI avatar image based on the provided photo of our spokesperson, and A minimum 15‑second video clip of that avatar speaking a short script we supply (to evaluate lip‑sync, realism, and voice matching). If the avatar image and the 15‑second clip meet our quality expectations, we will accept your offer and proceed with the full video. If the sample is not acceptable to us, we will not move forward, and no compensation will be due for the time spent creating the sample. By agreeing to work with us, you acknowledge this condition.

Revisions: AI avatars can sometimes glitch (e.g., weird hands, odd blinking). Clarify the revision policy for fixing visual glitches or script changes.
