Convert Two Logos to Vector

I have two brand logos—each a combination of text and icon—currently supplied as high-resolution JPG/PNG files. Both need to be redrawn into clean, precise vectors without relying on an auto-trace; every curve and corner should mirror the originals exactly, preserving colours, proportions, and small details.

Please supply print-ready versions in SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF.
