PNG Logo to AI Vector

I have a finished logo in PNG format and I need it rebuilt as a fully editable Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file laid out on a clear grid system. The artwork must be 100 % vector so that every curve, corner, and colour can scale perfectly for future print or digital use.

Here’s what I’m looking for in the final file: • Clean recreation of the existing design—no pixel traces. • A well-structured grid behind the artwork so spacing and alignment are obvious at a glance. • Layers logically organised and named for fast edits later on. • Colours defined with accurate CMYK and RGB values.

If you see minor alignment or spacing issues while redrawing, feel free to flag them; however, the overall look should remain true to the original.

Deliverable: one.ai file (compatible with the current Illustrator version) plus an exported SVG for quick reference.
