I need someone who lives and breathes performance marketing to take over the digital acquisition for my online-and-offline chess coaching academy. The mandate is simple: use Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads to bring me a steady flow of qualified parents and students who are ready to enrol.

Here is what success looks like from my side. Campaigns are launched only after solid audience research, tight keyword selection and compelling creative are in place. Tracking pixels and conversion events fire correctly so we can tell which ad brought which lead. Budgets are allocated dynamically between Meta and Google based on real-time CPL and ROAS, and you keep refining copy, bids and placements until the admission pipeline is healthy.

The people we must reach are parents of young children as well as teenagers who already show an interest in chess or structured extracurriculars. Any angles or look-alike audiences you propose should reflect that reality.

To make sure we are on the same page, I will consider the job complete when: • Campaigns for all three platforms are live with my final approval on ad texts, images or video. • Conversion tracking reports accurate lead numbers inside both Ads Manager and Google Analytics. • I receive a one-page summary after the first 7 days outlining spend, CPL, top-performing creatives and next steps.
